Bio: Miguel Fernández García was born in Madrid in 1991. He received a 5-year Degree in Pharmacy by the Complutense University of Madrid in 2015 and a MSc degree in Drug Discovery in 2016 (with honors). He is currently a PhD candidate at the Centre for Metabolomics and Bioanalysis (CEMBIO) and a MSc in bioinformatics student at Pablo de Olavide University. His main fields of interest are bioinformatics, biochemistry, microbiology and pharmacology. His main objectives as the part of the team are to generate and provide curated metabolomics data related to relevant infectious diseases, as well as to participate in the generation, validation and interpretation of multi-omics models to provide additional insights on the behavior of different human pathogens.
