Bio: Víctor González Ruiz got his Pharmacist degree and a PhD in Analytical Chemistry (2014) from Complutense University of Madrid. Shortly after, he joined the Analytical Sciences department at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Geneva, Switzerland, where he worked for over 8 years in multi-platform targeted and untargeted metabolomics collaborating with the Swiss Centre for Applied Human Toxicology. In 2023, he joined CEMBIO as a junior PI after being granted a Talent Attraction grant from the Region of Madrid. Currently, he is an Established R3 researcher and his main research interest is the exploitation of seminal fluid as a new matrix to understand and diagnose male sub- and infertility and other conditions through metabolomics approaches.
