Bio: Vinicius Veri Hernandes obtained bachelor degree in Chemistry by the University of Campinas - Brazil and Master and PhD degree in Analytical Chemistry by the same university. He is currently working as a Post-Doc Researcher in the Institute for Biomedicine at the European Academy Research (EURAC Research) in Bolzano, Italy. During his PhD, he had worked within CEMBIO for 18 months analysing dried blood spots collected during an international female soccer players championship using GC-MS, LC-MS and CE-MS for untargeted metabolomics. At the moment, he is responsible for the analysis of remaining samples of CHRIS populational study (http://www.eurac.it/en/research/health/biomed/projects/Pages/CHRIS.aspx), operating LC-MS for targeted and untargeted metabolomics related with health research on Parkinson, ageing, cardiovascular diseases, among others.
