Bio: Mario Augusto Izidoro obtained his bachelor degree at Estadual University of Sao Paulo, his PhD and 2 Postdocs at Federal University of Sao Paulo in two different fields (Biochemistry and Parasitology), and one postoctoral position at Universidad CEU San Pablo under the supervision of Dr. Francisco Javier Rupérez (2015) at the Center of Metabolomics and Bioanalysis (CEMBIO) where he experienced an untargeted study based on a multiplatform analytical approach. Actually he occupies a researcher position in the Associação Beneficente de Coleta de Sangue (COLSAN) since 2018, coordinanting the activities of the laboratory of Mass Spectrometry, with experience in biochemistry, gas and liquid chromatographies coupled to mass spectrometry and developing analytical methods for the blood bank and clinical routines. The laboratory main interests involves projects related with metabolomics and chromatographic analysis involving biofluids and bioproducts from blood, and also projects in colaboration with the departments of Neurosciences, Ginecology and Clinical Virology from Federal University of Sao Paulo.
