Bio: Jitka Široká is currently a research associate at the Laboratory of Growth Regulators of Palacký University Olomouc and Institute of Experimental Botany, Academy of Sciences (Czech Republic). She obtained her PhD in Pharmaceutical analysis at the Charles University in Prague (Czech Republic). As a postdoctoral fellow at the Laboratory of Metabolomics of Palacký University Olomouc she was focused on targeted metabolomics comprising a 6 months scientific stay at the Centre of Metabolomics and Bioanalysis, University San Pablo CEU Madrid (Spain), where she was involved in untargeted metabolomic approaches. Her interests are LC-MS method development and plant and human metabolomics.
