Bio: Mariana Dolores-Hernández from Mexico is a Lecturer in Analytical Chemistry, Department of Chemical Sciences, National Autonomous University of Mexico since 2015. International research fellow at CEMBIO in the San Pablo CEU University. Research collaborations for the Pharmaceutical Industry and Academy at the Laboratory of Pharmaceutical Development, National Autonomous University of Mexico since 2010; the different collaborative projects include development of new dosage forms for human and veterinary use, assays of interchangeability, in vitro and in vivo correlation studies, antioxidant molecules curcumin and resveratrol for processes of oxidative stress, evaluation of the metabolism and residue kinetics of veterinary drugs with expertise on Pharmaceutical Dissolution Testing (USP Apparatus II and IV ), pharmaceutical quality control based and development and validation of analytical methodologies on biological samples (blood, tissues, cell culture) with the use of Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography coupled to Mass Spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS), Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography, Liquid chromatography with UV-VIS detector, diode array, fluorescence and refractive index and near infrared.
